President returns ? Friday, 07 June 2013 11:01 View Comments President Mugabe returned home today after making a brief stopover in Singapore from Japan where he attended the Fifth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD). The Head of State and Government and Commander-in-Chief of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces was met at the Harare International Airport by Vice President Joice Mujuru, Defence Minister Emmerson Mnangagwa and Justice and Legal Affairs Minister Patrick Chinamasa. Transport, Communications and Infrastructure Development Minister Nicholas Goche, Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet Dr Misheck Sibanda, Japanese ambassador Yonezo Fukuda and service chiefs were also part of the delegation that welcomed the President. TICAD discussed how relations between Japan and Africa could be enhanced and looked at the possibilities of the Asian country increasing its investment on the continent.
