Presidents adviser wanted over debt The High Court in Kampala has issued a warrant of arrest for President Yoweri Museveni’s adviser on political matters and former Mukono district RDC, Sikubwabo Kyeyune for failure to pay a sh81m debt. His wife and daughter, who are his sureties are also wanted. The three are accused of failing to appear before court to answer charges of issuing a bounced cheque which prompted High Court registrar, Cissy Mudhasi to issue the arrest warrant on Wednesday. It is alleged that Kyeyune who served in Museveni’s government as RDC for over 20years issued a bounced cheque of sh60m to Twairi Sebaggala, a farmer and resident of Kasawo trading center Mukono district on April 2 this year...
