Press Release Contact: Shelli Kerr Phone: (479) 271-6826 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Date: October 16, 2014 Bentonville Public Art Advisory Committee Marks Inaugural Public Art Project Bentonville, AR, October 16, 2014…..The City of Bentonville’s Public Art Advisory Committee (PAAC) is pleased to announce its inaugural public art project on the North Bentonville Trail on Tuesday, October 21 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The celebration will include a tour of the art installations along with food and music. Almost 18 months ago, the Bentonville Advertising and Promotion (A&P) Commission agreed to fund an outdoor public art project in Bentonville. With funds available, the committee began to search for the most appropriate and effective artwork to initiate its first public art venture. The committee received 14 proposals from artists from across the country and selected three for installation on the North Bentonville Trail: Ed Pennebaker’s “Ozark Topography”, Nathan S.
