Press Release: VPD is currently working a high risk incident at Motel 6 on Harbor Blvd. and the Ventura SWAT team has been deployed. To ensure the safety of the public, the police department has closed Harbor Blvd. to through traffic between Seaward Ave. and Monmouth Way. The roadway will remained closed until further notice. We ask that the public remain clear of the area until the incident has been resolved. No further details will be given at this point. A secondary press release will be issued at the conclusion of the incident.
