Pressure Building? Study Suggests Cerebral Spinal Fluid Pressure May Be Causing Problems in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Every feel like your head is about to explode? A recent study may have identified a reason for that as well as the fatigue, stiff necks, ringing ears and other symptoms found in ME/CFS.. This small study found evidence that increased cerebral spinal fluid pressure could be making some people with ME/CFS (and presumably FM) ill. It also introduced us to yet another disorder (idiopathic intracranial hypertension) that may have something in common with ME/CFS.
