Pretty amazing article here. Theres a ton of stuff here to discuss. For real. But lets try this. The article reports that a developing are of scientific inquiry snd study proposes that all people are hardwired differently and the brain type of atheists / skeptics is somewhat consistent. There is evidence to support this claim. For the sake of argument please assume that this theory is correct. According to the article, most religious people take offense to this theory because it makes it seem like belief and spirituality are not genuine, rather they are mechanisms in the brain that give us an illusion of below fans spirituality. On the other hand, one theologian in the article argued that this was proof that God equipped our bodies with the ability to believe and so he welcomes the research. Now truth is truth and it doesnt matter what our preferences may be when it comes to science, BUT if you had a preference, so you agree with the former or the latter view? And why? In other words, is this research GJTF or NGFTJ? I say GFTJ. I prefer a world where God made us this way. Seems like that would be a smart thing to do. I have a feeling Dov Bear would agree and Gideon Slifkin would say who cares? and Menachem Mendel Engel will just be tripped out. What do you say? (Thanks Jessica D.
