Prevent Morning Sickness with Vitamin B6 Nausea affects between - TopicsExpress

Prevent Morning Sickness with Vitamin B6 Nausea affects between 70 and 85% of women. About half of all pregnant women experience vomiting. Vitamin B6 has been found to be more effective than ginger or acupressure in reducing the severity of nausea, though the small trials studying the benefits of acupressure suggest that it may reduce the frequency of persistent nausea. Sources of vitamin B6 include organ and lean meats, brewer’s yeast, wheat germ, brown rice, fish poultry, egg yolk, dried beans, peanuts, walnuts, bananas, potatoes, cabbage, avocados.
