Preview 2014/15 starting 11: Mesut Ozil: Mesut Ozil’s arrival last August sent the North London fanbase delirious. He may have had a quiet season by his standards but Ozil’s contribution was largely positive. Things will only get better for Ozil this year and with new team-mates added, a prolific finisher up front and runners in behind, Ozil will thrive. Everyone connected to Arsenal is expecting the German star to shine next season and silence all his critics, whilst also making rival fans very envious indeed and with winning the world cup Mesut could have had an increased confidence and we may see a new level of talent for arsenal to use in its armoury...... If you’ve criticised Ozil last campaign, you may well be left eating humble pie this time out. Haha so watch out for the big German....... #jackyboy
