Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Chinese counterpart Li Keqiang had jointly setup a high powered task force to settle the stapled visa issue of the people of Arunachal Pradesh. Disclosing this, joint secretary (East Asia) in the External Affairs Ministry Gautam Bambawale said that both the leadership has also decided to settle the boundary dispute between both the countries. The Prime Minister during his recent visit to China had also join hands with the Chinese premier in setting up a “hotline connectivity” so that top army officials of both the countries could talk to each other in case of a fresh aggression in either side.
