Prime Minister Mrs. Bissessar speaking to party supporters on the Chaguanas West by election said that "they took one of your own" (meaning PNM Avinash Singh who is of East Indian decent) to fight against you. Last night on the news Dr. Roodal Moonilal said that thye residents in felicity and ex-Caroni workers are calling on him to remove squattters from the land and it so happens that the PNM candidate Avinash Singh and his family is targeted. Prior to these two developments there were no talk about moving squatters but as soon as the PNM candidate entered the race tthe Minister is moving to evict illegal squatters.
