Prime Minister poorly advised. In my humble view, the entire PMs legal team have advised our PM very poorly. Principal legal counsel of PM Triffany instead of joining James Marable in the civil case to inform the court the all was in order for the payment of K71.8 million to Paul Paraka Lawyers whilst our PM was considered for official corruption which is a criminal offence in nature. A single court can not on a single court sitting can not apply very two distinct cases one being a civil whilst the other being a criminal case. Tiffany should apply for a judicial review regarding the warrant of arrest issued by the district court instead of joining James Marabe. I dont know whether Tiffany was aware of case law on four different occasions that the full supreme court uphold that the courts dont have powers to impede the functions of the police to execute and enforce law. In todays court ruling Justice Kariko will make a ruling on the stay order application by PM legal team. The ruling has been already on the wall. Tiffany in my view is not advising the PM properly and looks like the entire legal team is deceiving to make money from the State. There is no ethics and integrity on the lawyering and as such Tiffany should be deported and barred from practising law in this country. There is so much deception and deceit here.
