Prior to moving to Texas in June 2013, I was the committee chair of a pack and Shannon was a den leader. Since moving, our older son has been involved in a pack and is now in a troop, but for various reasons, Shannon and I werent able to be involved. Ive really missed that. Its a lot easier to see TroopTrack through the users eyes when Im a real user. Im happy to say thats no longer the case for me. Im very pleased to be a scout leader again, as an associate adviser in our Venturing Crew. I think this is good news for all TroopTrack users because so much of the product is shared across all program types, but its especially true for our customers who work with Crews. Im already starting a list of ways I want to make the Crew portion of TroopTrack better, especially in the area of crew members who are continuing to work toward their Eagle rank.
