Priority Enrollment For Fall Begins Monday, May 5 We pride ourselves on being very thorough explaining our programs to our members and we have spoken to many of you individually about class placement for your child and to answer any questions about the Priority Enrollment process that you may have. There are a few questions that we have heard often that wed like to clarify for everyone. Priority Enrollment begins promptly at 9:00 am on Monday and members have told us that typically, our voice mail is full by about 9:05 am. The best and most efficient way to enroll is by e-mail! When you call or send an e-mail to [email protected], all you need to do is leave your name, your childs name, a phone number where you can be reached, and the class day and time for which you wish to enroll. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. We will return all calls and e-mails in the order they were received to accept payment and confirm your enrollment. (Please do not enroll by replying to this message as replies on our group announcements are often blocked), We anticipate over 200 enrollments on Monday morning alone, so please be patient. We have added 8 new classes to accommodate the large number of new children weve added since the closing of The Little Gym of Webster. Weve added a second Bugs class, a Friday evening Birds class, another weekend Beasts class and even a Sunday dance class. Weve also added an 11:45 am class during the week for 3-4 year olds so for those children who get out of nursery school at 11:30, you can bring them right to the gym for class! If you are a member and are not enrolled in a class this semester, you are still eligible to participate in Priority Enrollment. We do not accept enrollment from families who wish to become new members until Priority Enrollment is over.
