Private property rights arent respected by either party. If you are a Muslim and want to build a mosque down the street from the World Trade Center the republicans will try and force you to build you mosque some place else. If you are a Christian and dont believe in gay marriage, the democrats will force you to to have a wedding on your property. Both sides use the government to try and force the other side, and this is the problem with government today. This is why Rick Perry can get away with secret land deals with foreign investor and sell off privately owned land to the Spanish for a toll road that was built by the tax payers. If you support private property rights you have to support it across the board, not just when it is aligns with your personal political persuasion.
