Join our team - privihotelgroup FULL-TIME REVENUE MANAGER • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone. • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization. • General administrative and clerical support. • MAintian website, including writing and reviewing of content. Update website on on-going basis. • Create web graphics. • Arrange all social media and similar advertising and marketing efforts, including Facebook, Youtube, blogging, etc. • Research and summarize articles of use to the company, including articles related to health and environmental issues. • Assist and develop marketing, sales supporting and product supporting materials. • Create company marketing materials (press releases, brochures, handouts, etc.) • Help with advertising, articles, newsletters and other media. • Assist with all marketing events. • Help assess market/industry conditions and competitors’ directions. • Assist with branding and market research. • All other tasks assigned by management. • Handle booking from local customers & overseas clients and make reservation for tour packages andhotels • Taking and replying all reservations via telephone, emails and other communication channels with professional manner • Extend full cooperation within and between other departments and prepare information and documents for reports. • Provide hotel and related travel information to incoming enquiries • Coordinate with team to maximize return • Able to close sales, cross-selling by recommending other hotels in group, upselling by recommending pre- and post-trip & other optional tours/items Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent. • Be able to multi-task, responsible, work independently under pressure. • Good communication skills, & computer skills. • Possess good written and verbal command in English is an added advantage. est ( 15000-20000 ) can be negotiated
