ProV International is in need for US Sales Executive, guaranteed higher Basic Salary + night diff+ PAB + commission + other incentives. Please PM me or email me your CV to guilbert.diaz@provintl Responsibilities: Generate potential leads and contacts by making thorough research and mapping customer organization. Generate new business by initiating cold calls, set meetings/appointments or conference calls with potential customers. Generate new business opportunities by finding new prospects and qualifying new customers with good revenue potentials. Ability to engage C Level and Director level officers. Effectively communicate and present ProV services to potential customers & prospects at every opportunity. Coordinate, prepare, and submit SOW and proposals to the customer after review by Sales Director. Coordinate to support group any project or sourcing requirement by potential customer. Identify project requirements, prepare sourcing plans and assist support group in preparing the necessary resources for identified opportunities. Escalate internal or customer issues if any on a timely fashion to Sales Director or support group when needed. Effectively communicate relevant information to all stakeholders and customers. Manage all customer meetings and conference calls both internal and external including taking important and relevant information during every engagement and next steps. Manage customer expectations in terms of service delivery and costs. Work closely with Sales Director to ensure customer requirements are all met. Ability to develop, execute and implement an effective sales strategy. Ability to identify key decision maker in every potential customer. Coordinate, prepare & develop competitive proposals for identified opportunities. Manage the preparation of all necessary documentation or proposals for identified opportunities. Negotiate and close identified opportunities whenever possible. Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, monthly and opportunity pipeline reports as required by Sales Director. Prepare and negotiate project development agreements and other arrangements with prospective clients and support group. Managed all matters pertaining to assigned accounts including post-sales activities. Perform other tasks and duties as and when required by the Sales Director. SKILLS REQUIRED & PREFERED Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing and Sales or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in Account Management, Lead Generation and Outbound Sales. Preferably Mid to Senior Level with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good leadership and can work with minimum supervision. Good knowledge of IT industry technology trends with excellent organization, problem-solving and leadership skills with strong business sense. Must have sales or customer service background, results oriented, team player, energetic and self-motivated. Proficient with MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Candidate must be Female. Willing to work in Makati City
