Product Support Specialist Responsibilities: • Support master technicians at the troubleshooting on critical vehicles • Monthly quality and safety report preparation • PCC preparation and reporting to Germany to solve technical market specific product problems • Monthly AQUA analysis to detect early market specific technical problems • In charge of the special tools equipment • Analyze repeat repair cases and develop counter measures • Carry out product training for Service Advisor • Test drive cars in critical cases together with customer • Evaluate and analyze monthly quality checks done by the dealers Requirements: • GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels • Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience • Team player, customer service oriented and strong sense of initiative • Possess excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills Qualified or interested candidates, please kindly apply in through emailing your CV to us at: [email protected] We are looking forward to have a further discussion with you.
