Production Line (Bolingbrook, IL) Immediate openings for responsible individuals with manufacturing experience on all shifts. Work may consist of mixing, sorting, quality control, packaging and material handling on a production line. Opportunities for advancement into forklift operator, team lead and lab positions may exist for individuals that prove to be excellent employees. 1st shift: 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. start times. 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. start times. 3rd Shift: 12:00 a.m. and To Be Determined(New shift starting within the next few weeks.) The starting pay rate for these positions has recently been increased in order to encourage employees to report for work every day on time, and to stay completely focused on the work assigned. The pay rates for 1st & 2nd shift start at $11 per hour and increase $0.50 at 30 days and 60 days worked. Any increases beyond that will be based on performance reviews. Candidates must have at least 1 - 3 years of manufacturing experience, a stable work history, and the ability to work every day scheduled, including occasional weekends. Candidates with experience in food related (GMP) processing or packaging environments are preferred, but not required. Candidates must arrange for their own reliable transportation.
