Job Role This is hands on and technical role as the post requires the individual to be part of the line as well as running it. Ensuring all operations are following standard procedures, reviewing the output and quality, as well as ensuring all relevant tooling and machines are running smoothly and to optimum capacity. Criteria Applicants must have vocational experience of leading a team within a production line ,to be able to set up machines when necessary. Experience of leading, monitoring and performance managing of a team is essential.
