Production Supervisor - Auckland South Position This Mechanical Engineering Company has established a strong reputation in the New Zealand market for over 30 years. They currently have a small, but solid machining team who specialise in the design and manufacturing of various specialised machineries, covering clients throughout New Zealand. Now we are looking for a Supervisor to join the team. With your solid background in machining you will bring your wealth of knowledge to supervise the team and guide as and develop all new apprentices. Be prepared to jump in your car to rush to a client and take down measurements and specifications on urgently required machineries, draw up the design on AutoCAD and liaise with the team to manufacture and deliver on time. Multi-Tasking is KEY for this position as you will be required to have various hats on throughout the day. You will be required to manage various projects, ensure quality and standards are met and the team is motivated and has a clear understanding of what is required. You will also have to ensure that Health and Safety is top of mind. You will need to be Trade Qualified, have experience as a supervisor or foreman, and work experience on AutoCAD.
