Productive weekend for brewing! Bottled what was left of a Russian imperial stout, a Belgian blonde, and my winter warmer with cinnamon, cranberries, vanilla beans, and maple syrup, and aged with Makers Mark oak chips. Kegged a Munich helles, experimental lemon zest single hop/single malt pale ale, and a belgian pale ale. Annnd converted eight pin lock kegs to ball lock kegs with the CO2/dispensing setup to match. Feeling good. And good and tired.
