Prof. Peter Wippermann is the founder of Trendbüro and Professor of Communication Design at the Folkwang University of the Arts, Essen. At the Eyes & Ears Conference 2014 in Cologne, he will talk about the new culture of sharing in our society. We live in an age of sharing. Starting with information, knowledge and data, the infrastructure of the internet has crept from the digital into our everyday life with its sharing philosophy. Access instead of ownership and collaboration instead of competition, technology as the basis for human relationships – the advantages of virtual values are transported to analog in a creative conversion. The boundaries between digital and analog are increasingly disappearing.
