Prof. Sakamoto Emphasises Era Is Changing. His philosophy of human oriented company is going to be known in China and Korea and change the Japanese big companies as well. Our year first meeting of forum 21 was held and around 50 presidents gathered. The president Kawahara of Fukuya where they sell famous Fukuoka Mentaiko oresented tons of keys to success. Aside from his hour long presentation that reminds us substantial notionsl, today I would like to report Sakamotos reent works. 1. He is on the newspapers likein Tokyo, Asahi and Nikkei. Tokyo shinbun refers to Sakamoto on January 4 edition that Korea and China urge to hear from Sakamoto. Both countries suffer from the negative consequencies caused by a rapid economy growth. Samsong asked Sakamoto that why Japanese famous enterprises that bring jealousy to us and our overall goal are stumbling, Sakamoto advices Samsong that the organization is getting down if they dont value what is truly important. The important is NOT performance or share. These are the consequences from the operation. The most important IS to create happiness for the employees and their families. However Japanese fallen enterprises have gotten to lack these truly importanct all to soon. According to Sakamoto in Japan era is changing including Toyota to shift to the human oriented company taken from our well known Tsukakoshis advice.
