It involves the technique of regular light rasping, following the foundation trim specific to your horse. This mimics the natural wear horses would receive in the wild, not possible on soft grassy paddocks and addresses any hoof imbalances. The most successful barefoot horses are those that receive regular rasping as opposed to trimming.
