Description He should be capable to Plan and execute Shift activities related to related to Captive Power Plant and or WHRS based power plant operation and maintenance during shift or as per the plant requirement. Should be well familiar with all statuary requirements related to WHRS/TPP Mechanical maint & Operation. He will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to smooth Plant Operation and maintenance to maximize power generation from WHRS based power plant or Thermal Power Plant. He should be familiar with SAP, MS office software, also Industrial safety compliances. Active involvement during erection and commissioning of WHRS plant in coordination with all concern teams as per the requirement and guidelines. Co-ordinate with all other functions related to O&M for seamless operation of Power plants. He should be perfect in verbal and written communication and timely reports to be generated as per the guidance of FH/HOD/SH on shift wise / daily basis. Completion of the all the shift related maintenance to be executed with the shift only. Should have adequate knowledge of WHRS, Boilers and related auxiliaries, ESP, Fans, Fuel feeding system, DM Plant etc… He should be familiar with environmental norms and should be able to maintain the norms as specified by the authorities. Organize, coordinate and monitor all the maintenance activities (Operation and Mechanical Maintenance) in WHRS / Thermal Power Plant. Ensure effective implementation of all quality systems e.g. WCM, RCM, ISO, EMS, Safety etc in area of Operation and Mechanical maintenance of WHRS / Captive Power Plant to attain high productivity and quality standards. Plan, review and control the cost within the budget to ensure the minimum cost of maintenance. Identify and recommend Capex / improvement projects for equipment up gradation / debottlenecking to improve plant availability and productivity. Monitor & Ensure the compliance of all safety & statutory requirements with respect to IBR, factory Inspector etc. to improve safety. Qualifications - BE in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering, Post graduation from NPTI will be preferred. BOE is must. Experience 4 7 Yrs for BE (Mechanical / Electrical) with BOE / 08-10 years for Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) with BOE.
