Profiles International - Editorial Internship available in our Corporate Marketing Department. This is a paid internship. – This position is responsible for assisting Profiles International with the promotion of all marketing material online as well as through public relations and social media. Duties will include: · Using editorial voice and quality control with regard to video in social media · Assisting with the social networking sites, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter · Discovering new social networking opportunities for Profiles International · Writing content used to market Profiles products and services · Proofreading and editing marketing content before publishing process · Managing editorial process of assigned projects, including content tracking and quality control, promoting content, and managing content production when needed · Researching and identifying best practices for relevant marketing projects Qualifications: · Computer skills, to include advanced proficiencies with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, and Internet web browser; familiarity with social media web sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube); and a keyboarding speed of at least 30 wpm · Ability to effectively communicate information/ideas, both verbally and in writing (includes at least intermediate skills in spelling, grammar, and vocabulary) · Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English fluently · Ability to develop and manage domains on a server · Must have completed at least 60 college hours. · Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week.
