Program Coordinator: The Swedish Organisation for Individual Relief (SOIR) , Harare, Zimbabwe Project-Program Management: Program Management Job Description: Duration: 1 year Mandeya Development Organisation, a Community Based Organisation in Mutasa District, is currently seeking a Program Coordinator to manage its program. The specific responsibilities for this position include: Coordination & leadership of resource mobilisation; Develop & implement the organisations plans s& budgets, including effective day to day program management; Ensure that processes are performed according to procedures and service standards; Assist the board in its meetings; Production of timely and accurate grant-related reports; Ensure well managed and high performing team; Engage with partners and other stakeholders for effective program implementation; Monitor and approve program expenditures ensuring that budget allocations are not overspent Job Requirements: Qualifications, experience and skills A bachelors degree in Development studies, other Social Sciences or Business Administration; At least three years experience in program management in an NGO environment; Experience in partnership building, advocacy and networking; Strong planning and organisational skills; Good administrative and communication skills To apply Interested candidates should send application and detailed CV, with three contactable referees, to: [email protected] or 15 Buckingham Road, Eastlea, Harare.
