Progress report; I am a little behind on my post today since I was having Internet issues at home. That is very frustrating when you’re an IT Network Analyst. It’s the end of week one and down another 7 pounds in my 30 day challenge. I love the support and the new ideas on what and how to manage my weight loss by eating more nutritionally and cleansing my body of toxins. I am jumping on the Monday night call again for even more inspiration.
