Project Elm Ridge Toronto Hydro is rebuilding the aging underground electrical system in a certain area of our ward. The rebuild includes the replacement of the existing electrical cables and transformers within the City of Toronto’s public property allowance in front of or adjacent to your lot. This project started in October and the approximate completion date is December 2014 as weather permits. The project boundaries include Elm Ridge Drive (North), Old Park Road (East), Elm Ridge Drive (South) and Marlee Avenue (West). Throughout Project Elm Ridge, power interruptions may be necessary to switch from the old to the new electrical system. Residents will be informed ahead of time of these interruptions.
