To prepare architectural drawings and specification details for building of Homes To manage and coordinate construction activities according to specifications and drawing. Identify resources required during project and ensure qualified resources are brought on board at the most value. Manage project(s) scope, control costs and schedule and ensure compliance with contract documents. Manage process for approval of funds prior to implementing change orders Leverage the marketplace, as well as existing relationships, to maximize value with suppliers. To prepare and make presentation to existing and prospective clients on the company’s designs and building projects To report and assist to resolve any technical queries with reference to consultants/government agencies To compile and provide periodic detailed report on projects, in a timely manner.
