Project Manager Mechanical - NBTC Group: • Responsible for all construction and erection works to meet the contractual requirements, project schedules and executive budget. • Should be able to plan, monitor and execute projects independently. • Responsible for the successful outcome of the projects. • Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the particular project. • Manage the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. • Coordinate fully with the Project Team to get the project completed. • Identify the resources needed and assign individual responsibilities to inter-discipline departments. • Ensure quality check of the deliverables prepared by team before passing to Client. • To undertake QC reporting interaction with other departments of Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met. • Ensure to enforce Company standard quality policies and procedures. • Meet with Management/Clients in a professional manner and have the ability to communicate effectively both the concerns and best interests of the company. • Have the ability to analyze and forecast a project’s cost reports and determine the status of the job in terms of schedule and costing. • Assist the Client in identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues.
