Projectsave Devotional Thursday, 30th, Jan 2014. MEN IN HISTORY Pt.8 THE SECOND APOSTLE-BLIND PROPHET 2Cor12:12- The things that mark an apostle- signs, wonders and miracles- were done among you. Apostle Obadare was an enigma. He was born in 1930. He started evangelistic ministry in 1953 and he travelled as far as Europe, America, Asia&other parts of the world. Though he was blind, his bible quotations were accurate to the extent that he corrects people that read bible wrongly. He was the 2nd Apostle in C.A.C after Babalola. Salvation message was his focus just like Billy Graham, the blind saw, barren received their babies, in fact, bible miracles happened in his time. He went to be with the Lord in March 2013. One great lesson we must learn from this story is that, no matter your disability, God can still use you. A lot of witches confessed in his programmes because Paul they know, Jesus they know, Obadare they know, are you known? ACTION: His relationship with God was outstanding, he wasnt a fund-raising evangelist neither was he practising cowboy christianity.
