Promotion announced PLATTSBURGH — Northern Insuring Agency, a local leader in business, personal and employee benefits insurance, has promoted Melissa Kokofsky to sales supervisor, Personal Insurance Division. For over 15 years, she has been a consistent leader guiding individuals in their personal insurance options and decisions. She will continue in this role. “Melissa has established herself as a knowledgeable and dedicated personal insurance sales executive,” said Rosemary Souza-Botten, senior vice president. “In addition to being a top performer in personal insurance sales, Melissa is the primary sales coach and mentor to our Personal Insurance Division sales team.” Kokofsky lives in Plattsburgh with her husband and two children and is dedicated to the community, participating in Go Red for Women, the Festival of Trees, the Plattsburgh Half Marathon and more.
