Pronab Kumar Majumder to me I received your courier mail containing the paper Contemporary Indian English Poetry: Latest Entries. It is wonderful, wonderful, really wonderful. You have done a wonderful job which none has accomplished in India. I am amazed to see the material in such an extent covering almost everything about English poetry in India. You know so much about it and so many poets. You are really a storehouse of information. There is none of your talent which I had not been aware of. I do not think anybody has written about so much in India. Perhaps no Indian poet has written so much whom I know him. How do you gather the information? It is amazing to me to see it full. Though ill, it took almost two hours to complete my study of twelve pages. I am still on my bed and am reading it in a lying state. There is nothing left in it about English poetry in India. The paper is unprecedented, unparalleled, never written, never attempted. Perhaps your house is a library which you live in and you write from there. I have no words, no words to praise you. Congratulations. I congratulate you on writing such an original paper. I have no word, no word to say. I do not anyone who knows as much you know.
