Proof that HAARP does exist, in Fairbanks, Alaska, and that it was intended to be used in an attempt to control or manipulate the weather by sending energy into the ionosphere. The Navy and Air Force has had control over the early 1900s Nikola Tesla invention that DARPA, a Government funded Research Project has kept hidden from common knowledge. Is/was it being used for the evil weather manipulations that conspiracy theorists accused it of? That cannot be proven as a fact. However, the existence of a HAARP program can. So I guess the question is then, why was the technology kept secret by the government all these years as well as many other technologies and knowledge that exist? And why are they in such a rush to dismantle the construct after use? In my opinion, they wouldnt be able to maintain control over the masses of people on this earth if we were all exposed to the technologies that exist, because we would then be educated and knowledgeable enough to know that there is no reason to pay for electricity or oil with such advanced technology in place. Electrical wiring and the use of Oil to operate machinery and create energy is antiquated, but if we the people of the world understood this, then there would be no way for elite corporations and bodies of people to control and capitalize off of the hardworking citizens that have been brainwashed and dumbed down slowly over the years with false information, subliminal conformity and the use of chemicals in our air, water and food.
