Proofs of fake Shahi Imam : > In 1650s, when Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan built the Shahi Jama Masjid in Delhi, Shah Bukhari was appointed to lead the prayers in the Jama Masjid. > Since then, his descendents have been Imams of the Jama Masjid as a matter of inheritance and tradition. > After the end of Mughal Rule, they have bestowed the title on themselves. The government of India never sanctioned this title. It is crystal clear that Bukhari does not represent the Muslim Community but only has been misusing his post for his own vested interests. > Time and again it has been proven that Bukhari holds no influence over the Indian Muslims. By organizing such event of his sons anointment, he is trying to create some legitimacy and acceptability of his son’s anointment, which by itself is an un-Islamic Act. Proofs of fake Shahi Imam : > The government should now take the strict steps to stop and refrain Bukhari to use this title of Shahi Imam for him and his deputy. >The leaders and scholars who have been invited in the so called fake coronation ceremony should also restrain to attend this function, which has only been organized to legitimate the illegitimacy. ~Sufi.
