Expensive dream properties that turn into living nightmares oftentimes with no escape route available thus becoming never ending money-pits! Do NOT get caught out! Watch this documentary NOW to log the details in your head. After all, forewarned is forearmed, even if your own event is sometime in the future! Theres also a WARNING about foreign investor ownership! I personally think that better titles for this CBC documentary would have been The Condo Conspiracy, Consumer Property Rip-Offs or Betrayal by the Ontario Municipal Board. But hey, thats just my humble opinion. In any case, a big SHAME ON YOU Ontario Municipal Board! After all, you enabled this Game/Conspiracy/Rip-Off to occur and theres apparently little that Toronto can do about it. Once again, Ontario Municipal Board, SHAME ON YOU!
