Engineering Degree (Civil/Electrical) ➢ Age Range: 35-50 ➢ Preferred Gender: Male ➢ Background /Industry: Construction Company ➢ Nationality: Preferred Indian & Eastern European ➢ Language: English (Proficient) ➢ Interviewed: Required Job Description: ➢ Proposal preparation and management in terms of technical, commercial, legal/contractual, timing, quality of the English/grammar, accuracy in meeting the requirements of the RFQ in all areas and bid document presentation quality as a whole. ➢ Assistance in civil/building technical works and pricing when requested, project management for various hydropower, transmission, distribution or any other assignment, given by the management. ➢ Direct and Manage proposal Development from beginning to end. ➢ Define proposal scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Senior Management and stakeholders. ➢ Liaise with proposal stakeholders on an ongoing basis. ➢ Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals for the proposal stage ➢ Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary for the proposal stage. ➢ Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel ➢ Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the proposal preparation team. Track proposals. ➢ Develop and deliver daily/ weekly/monthly progress reports for proposals, requirements and documentation. ➢ Define proposal success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout proposal life cycle. ➢ Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise proposal team members and partners and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
