The individuals offering aid must also be well trained and have the most relevant equipment and training specific to the circumstances of an emergency situation. It is our commitment to source the lowest cost and best quality when considering humanitarian products and services. First responders are trained as paramedics with advanced training to create a wide base of specialists for possible emergency situations. Survival and self-reliance focuses on education and emergency preparedness objectives. It is recommended that everyone have a 72 hour survival kit that is ready to go in case of emergency. Training in first aid and CPR is also recommended and provided along side survival gear such as first aid kits, survival kits, water filtration devices. Animal welfare, protect, and rescue provides efforts to ensure that animals are given protection and aid in times of emergency. The general welfare of animals is also protected against issues of encroachment, and abuse. Ecology-Sustainability and perma-culture includes analysis of environmental concerns and our impact on nature, and the world we live. The promotion of social responsibility, and education and research into methods to resolve these problems are part of our core concerns. Culture and heritage preservation and embracing diversity allows for more unity among differing cultures and nations. Acceptance and tolerance through love and compassion are advocated. The protection of basic human rights should also be a main priority of modern society to avoid encroachments of these rights. We actively research legislation and research into ways to implement social change through changing legislation both domestically and internationally. Problems in social and economic development between the developed and developing world are considered. Education and research is also conducted to find viable alternatives to providing needed infrastructure. Abuse prevention and treatment provides for facilities offering treatment, training and educational awareness of pertinent issues to this subject. Legislation is not adequate to protect against this crime against humanity. Exploitation and trafficking remain major concerns in the world that must be addressed and combated. Overall it is also our commitment to provide education and research into our core programs to further knowledge and response efforts. It is our obligation to stand against injustice, and to promote the welfare of humanity as a whole.
