Protecting the Boss A message regarding Pay Per Click Why should we care about protecting the boss? Generally, that is where our money comes from. In this case, I am talking about our YOBSN advertisers. It is important to all YOBSN owners and leader to remember that when it comes to Pay Per Click (PPC) the person representing the company that buys our YOBSN advertising is the "boss". Why is the "boss" advertising on YOBSN? Are they hoping someone will click on their advertising banner so that they can pay some money out? What is their goal? Obviously they are hoping that their advertising banner will result in sales for them. From a particular point of view, Pay Per Click is about sales as well. Their expectation would be that every time someone clicks on their ad, it is a potential customer. What do you think the reaction would be if they thought someone was just "demoing" their ad by clicking on it? Or imagine how they would feel if they thought that people were just clicking to make money without any intent to purchase anything? PPC is not a new concept. The concept was made popular by Google several years ago and has been successfully adopted by many companies since then. However, with most traditional systems, advetisers are abused because of the click fraud that is rampant in the pay per click industry. Typically, none of these companies make any real effort to protect the "boss". They just operate on the theory that there will always be another "boss" to replace the last one. YOBSN takes a different and much more ethical view! As a group, we focus on protecting the "boss" in several key ways. We refund money from fraudulent clicks back to our advertisers. Our leaders take a personal interest in making sure that the advertiser is protected through education and vigilence. A case in point of what can happen when unethical people steal from the "boss" was a big group of click fraudsters out of Vietnam. They were abusing the system and were caught using many strategic ways to defaud our advertisers. Not only did the group loose all of their accounts and were banned from YOBSN forever, but Vietnam as a country was banned from participating because of this large groups nefarious activities. Additionally, any the fraudulent clicks that occurred were all refunded directly back to the advertisers. PPC is based on a measure of trust and all of us have to be careful to never violate that trust. YOBSN will become the primary place on the Internet where the top advertising companies in the world want to advertise because of our strong commitment to protecting our advertisers and the power of our platform. The YOBSN system is the best in the world at protecting the advertiser from fraud, but it is the vigilance of our community that makes the final difference. PPC will continue to be a nice source of additional revenue for YOBSN owners as long as we continue to take care of the "boss". It will also be just one of more than 10 key ways that YOBSN owners will be able to earn from their free members.
