Protecting the working class THE WORKING CLASS IN NEED TO MAKE A STAND AND MAKE OUR LAWMAKERS ENFORCE OUR LABOR LAWS If you have read any of my posting by now you are aware that our NLRB, OSHA, Federal Judge Thomas J. Marten have refused to enforce our labor laws that are supposed to protect the working class. In the beginning I knew absolutely nothing about our labor laws. I depended on the people that get paid to protect me. As it turns out Tom Marshal the Union Lawyer that was supposed to represent me was in collusion with Kellogg’s. As it turns out Kellogg’s and the Union were already in collusion having a disciplinary policy that requires an employee that is disciplined to sign all his legal rights away against Kellogg’s and the union as an agreement to get their job back. I have filed charges with OSHA on the many OSHA Regulations Kellogg’s were breaking under the whistleblowers memorandum NLRB had released in May 2014. This memorandum is a loop hole for late filings giving a second chance for violations to be reported and investigated. My Senator was supposed to have OSHA investigate these violations and didn’t. NOW I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM OSHA REFUSING TO INVESTIGATE AGAIN UNDER TIME LIMITS. I TRIED TO GET MY SENATORS AND CONGRESSMAN EMANUEL CLEAVER INVOLVED ENFORCING OUR LABOR LAWS. I ASK ANYONE THAT READS THIS TO CALL OSHA 816 283 8745 AND DEMAND THESE CASES BE INVESTIGATED. ALSO NLRB (1 866 667 NLRB) AND DEMAND THEM TO ENFORCE THE LANDRUM GRIFFIN ACT PROSECUTING THE UNION LAWYER TOM MARSHAL AND KELLOGG’S FOR THEIR UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES. CLEAVER HAS REFUSED TO RESPOND TO THE MANY EMAILS SENT TO HIS OFFICE REMEMBER THAT WHEN VOTING. THESE CASES ARE ABOUT CORRUPTION IN REPRESENTING THE WORKING CLASS THEY NEED TO BE ADDRESSED Once again I am asking for anyone to contact their state representatives. Demand that NLRB, UNIONS and Federal Court be accountable for up holding the laws in this nation. If this isn’t addressed we will be just like a third world nation.
