Protein Cheesecake!!!!! I found this online last week and just tweaked it slightly! Yes! I think this is simple enough to make - any person into fitness and healthy eating will have these ingredients already in the cupboards 😊 something to try over the weekend folks! Get out the aprons... Protein Cheesecake 🍨🍧🍫🍰💗 ➡️ Base 80g ground almonds 2tbsp milled flaxseed 4tbsp of nut butter (peanut, almond etc) 60g whey protein - I used vanilla 😊 4tbsp of honey ➡️ Topping 400g of Greek yoghurt - Liberte/Fage 4 whole eggs 120g whey protein - I used double chocolate Switch on your oven to 160 degrees to preheat! Blend all of the base ingredients and then press into your baking tray! Simples! Pop this into your oven and bake for about 5 minutes. Now blend all your topping ingredients and add this mixture onto the base! Pop back into the oven for another 10 minutes. Allow to cool 😊 add any extra toppings you want! I love chopped almonds so I added these! Next time I might try adding them before I cook it so they get all toasty on top! You can portion about 10 slices on this with roughly 25g per slice! ❤️ You can always change around the whey protein flavours depending on what you like! Recipe in photos too for quick save option!
