Proud of my kiddos in their first cross country run today. It was a chilly start but they warmed up quick. Hannah placed overall top finisher in 4-14 age group. She was so disappointed she didnt get a medal. However she got a cool bag that only a top finishers got. I explained to her that no other kids in the entire race (1900 people) finished before she did. Then josh finished 2nd in his age group. Proud mom moment!
