Proverbs 15:16&17 “Better is a little with the fear of the LORD, Than great treasure with trouble. 17 Better is a dinner of herbs[a] where love is, Than a fatted calf with hatred While working on our bi weekly budget last night I became frustrated with the amount of money going out and the amount in the balance column going down steadily. So many times we rely on the earthly things to bring security for us. Sure, it’s nice to be able to look at your bank account and see a nice big number in there, but is that where we find security? I love these verses because they share with us that if we have God, then we are the richest people in the world. It reminds us that our true treasure is in Him. If we allow God to be enough in our lives it will change how we feel about a lot of things. I challenge you today, make God enough. On a personal note, please pray for me as I am now battling a cold which is making getting up early even harder. I know that satan is trying his best to battle this new ministry, and I ask you to pray for me please.
