Proves my point. Its not a Color thing. Its humans miss using power they are giving to protect. Obviously you can see this officer knew and had a issue with the individual in the passenger seat. Your first reaction is to approach the passenger and not driver. Then ask from the passengers side for drivers license. Find the gun. ( wrong for passengers not to let officers know) Eventually the power rush comes through. At 1:15 of the video cop gets gun from car. Passenger was dumb for getting out the car, now passenger dead. Looks like this Cop and passenger might have had some history beforehand.
