Provided a rather large PA system & stage management for the Paremata School Gala again today, as we have for the last 4 years and it sure has it rewards. The best bit is watching the kids get their first taste of a real rock n roll stage complete with side of stage monitor mix and a good 14,000 watts of QSC amps and JBL Line array... the level of endless thanks we get along with the kai & hugs make it a grand day at work as well as a good reality check that what we do every day has its roots in entertainment and for that one short moment when the MC singles you out for going above and beyond, makes it so worth while....the hugs are pretty cool too -)
