Whether for education, employment, marriage, parenthood or retirement, PruLink Assurance Account Plus understands your need for security while giving you full control of your investments which potentially help you reap satisfying returns. PruLink Assurance Account Plus is payable continuously while you are alive until age 100. PruLink Assurance Account Plus provides a minimum death benefit equivalent to the sum assured plus fund value (assuming no other transactions are made) less policy debt, if any. It also includes a built-in disability benefit that advances up to 100% of the basic sum assured in the event that the life insured is totally and permanently disabled. It also has a built-in loyalty bonus which increases your fund value and is given starting the 11th through the 20th policy year, subject to certain conditions. Optional riders include: • Accidental Death and Disablement - pays the benefit amount if life insured dies due to accident • Accelerated Life Care Benefit (LCB) - advances the benefit amount from the basic sum assured if the life insured has been diagnosed to be suffering from any of the 36 critical illnesses or has undergone surgery due to critical illness • Life Care Plus (LC Plus) - pays the benefit amount if the life insured has been diagnosed to be suffering from any of the 36 critical illnesses or has undergone surgery due to critical illness, while keeping the basic sum assured intact • Multiple Life Care Plus (MLCP) - a benefit that pays multiple critical illness claim paid on top of the basic insurance cover • Life Care Advance Plus (LCAP) - a benefit that pays an additional amount on top of the basic insurance cover upon early detection of any of the 10 listed critical illness • Payor Term - pays the benefit amount if the Payor dies • Personal Accident - indemnifies the insured for injury or death due to accident • Hospital Income Benefits - provides daily and lump sum cash benefits to the life insured to cover the cost of hospitalization due to injury or illness • Payor Waiver – waives all future premiums until the expiry date of premium payment term if the Payor becomes totally and permanently disabled • Life Care Waiver (LCW) - waives all future premiums until the expiry date of premium paying term if life insured is diagnosed to be suffering from any of the critical illnesses or has undergone surgery due to critical illness covered under LCB • Waiver of Premium on Total and Permanent Disability – waives all future premiums until the expiry date of premium payment term if the life insured becomes totally and permanently disabled due to bodily injury or disease You may send a private message for your questions or clarifications about this topic.
