Psalm 24:3-5 Who is allowed to ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may go up to his holy dwelling place? The one whose deeds are blameless and whose motives are pure, who does not lie, or make promises with no intention of keeping them. Such godly people are rewarded by the Lord, and vindicated by the God who delivers them. It is only because of Jesus that anyone can be seen as having “clean hands and a pure heart”. He is the master key that opens the floodgates of God’s grace and allows the power of God to be perfected in our weakness. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, who ever teaches and instructs our hearts and minds, we are able to live transformed as a new creation. Through faith in Christ Jesus, we can be new creations who are able to stand in His holy place. It is Jesus Christ who justifies and qualifies us before God.
