Psalm 62:8-12 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out - TopicsExpress

Psalm 62:8-12 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah. Surely men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie: to be laid in the balance, they are altogether lighter than vanity. Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them. God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongeth unto God. Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work. In the last 5 verses of Psalm 62, David tells the children of Zion to trust in Elohim. The psalm says only Elohim can give us help, men can only hurt us, therefore we must trust Him. Why would you not trust Him? Does He not provide for us? Does He not provide us comfort? And when He heals, some will question, He didnt heal my son, or mother, or friend. Why? Because we are only passing through this life. When the Father wants us home, we are not to question Him. He knows all that is in our hearts. Yet He wants to hear it from us, to ask for His help. When we trust God, believe in His Word and have Deep Faith, we become the children who have accepted Jesus Christ into our lives and accepted Elohims Agape love. We all should desire this love as none of us are exempt from Elohim.
