Pssst... it happens everywhere but most cops dont have the balls to risk their careers to make such a public accusation. Lets see how well these guys careers pan out. We already know this goes on in NJ by several bloopers and incidence of mis-spoken statements which were later changed being called quotas to performance review. I know many cops and ranking officers who have admitted as much privately off the record.
